WHERE TO BUY CRUELTY FREE IN WALSALL TOWN CENTRE

HEY SOO ...HAVE YOU EVER WONDERED WHERE SELLS CRUELTY FREE MAKE –UP AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS?

HOW DO WE KNOW IF THE PRODUCTS ARE ACTUALY CRUELTY FREE?

Products that are cruelty free will show the leaping bunny icon on the back of products or simply say cruelty-free, this means that products have not been tested or developed on any animals.

These are a few designs of icons for the cruelty free.

BUT WHERE CAN I FIND PRODUCTS IN WALSALL

In Walsall there are a few places that sell cruelty free makeup and products

SUPERDRUG

Superdrug was the first store I thought of when in Walsall

  • They say that they believe that beauty should be cruelty free and are proud to be leaping bunny approved with all of their own brand cosmetics and personal care products under the cruelty free international leaping bunny programme and the logos are clearly displayed on the packaging so that you can be reassured that the product you are purchasing is in fact cruelty free. Superdrug's own brand can be found with a B. symbol on the products. The picture shown is of some of their own products in the Walsall store.

  • E.L.F – This is one of the brands in Superdrug that is cruelty free and actually has a sign in their section showing a bunny and saying “e.l.f is 100% vegan and cruelty- free.” As shown below, so you know that is 100% and their pricing of products isn't that bad to be honest and always good to protect the animals as much as we can

  • Barry M – this is another brand that sells makeup in Superdrug that is cruelty free and says in their sign above the station.
  • And guess what? Barry M has never tested its finished products or the ingredients that are used in products on any animals.

BOOTS

Boots don’t necessarily sell products that are cruelty free however … they do also sell E.L.F cosmetics, along with NYX that are also advertising that they are cruelty free these where just a couple of brands I saw when I went into the store

They do have vegan products though, however this doesn’t always mean that they are cruelty free so it's always good to have a read up on brands and to look for the logo and icons on the products. As when stuff is labelled vegan it could just mean that they are just free of animal products such as: milk, Beeswax, egg so like we said always double check!

PRIMARK

We all like a good Primark shop, don’t we?

I was surprised when I went in the store to find all Primark’s own branded care products and cosmetics (that have p.s on) are in fact cruelty free!! and is also stated on their website that they are leaping bunny approved! Amazing! although it is not clear in stores as there’s no signs around saying this however can be found on the back of the products.

From lipstick to foundation to cleansing wipes these are all cruelty free with Primark’s own logo so be sure to have a quick look on the back of the products like this.

HOLLAND & BARRETT

Although H&B don’t really sell make up as such in there Walsall branch, they sell some care products/ ranges that are certified as cruelty free, so always good to have a look.  here are some of the brands that are listed on there website

Here are just some of our Leaping Bunny brands:

Here shows a few pictures of the products inside the Walsall store
